LPG has assembled best-in-class management platform comprised of over 15 professionals located in San Juan, Santo Domingo, Punta Cana,  and Panama. With a range of institutional backgrounds, the team has extensive experience in real estate and hospitality investments, resort and vacation club management, development, property management, asset management, tax structure, workouts, finance, accounting and investment expertise.

The team is led by Benny Guevara and David Velazquez CPA, (CFA Candidate for level 3), a duo that has worked together for over 25 years.
